Best of Show

We got to meet the winner of this year’s Westminster Dog Show “Best of Show” tonight, also named Uno. He’s a good looking Beagle, but I think that show is based purely on looks because he wasn’t the most obedient dog I’ve seen. He wouldn’t sit for anything. Plus, he really couldn’t have care less if there were kids around. You can tell from the pictures that he really wasn’t thrilled to be there. Maybe being at the Ronald was a letdown for him since he was with the President of the United States a few days before (the leash and collar he had on were gifts from the First Lady). Perhaps he was just arrogant because he is so famous, I don’t know. 🙂 Either way, Eli and I both agreed that he didn’t seem to be a very friendly dog. I’m sure if Isaiah would have been down there with us, he would have been kissed, but Eli just keeps striking out on getting some celebrity saliva.
