Hearing Eli excitedly call his Grandparents to tell them about his day: Priceless
I’m working on uploading the video of Eli telling his Pappa about everything he got to touch at the museum. It’s great. It should finish uploading to YouTube in a few hours. The smile on his face when he got to touch a fossilized dinosaur egg and fossilized stegosaurus plates was awesome. Speaking of lunch, that $31 bought us cold dino shaped chicken nuggets, a slice of pepperoni pizza, a garlic roll, a ham and cheese sandwich, 2 bags of chips, a soda, a bag of skittles, and a cupcake. 🙂 We did spend some time backtracking to find the big “Dumb Dumb get me Gum Gum†statue from the Night of the Museum movie. Eli was DETERMINED to see that. I’m glad we eventually found it and so was Eli. Here is a slideshow of our time at the museum!
Hope you enjoyed reading about our adventures in the big city. It was great to have some good time together without seeing the inside of a hospital or clinic once!
PS, sorry to those that read my post a few days ago where Eli’s quote was cut off. If you click Next one more time, you’ll see that post and I have corrected it so you can see what Eli said. 🙂
